On our small family farm in the picturesque Upper Peninsula of Michigan, we raise Red & Black Angus and Charolaise creating an Angus cross. We don’t use hormones, steroids or scheduled antibiotics, and our methods are based on a holistic system that allows us to restore and revitalize our fields to promote a healthy planet.

The benefits of eating grass fed beef are many, including lowering cholesterol and inflammation in your body. 100% grass fed/grass finished has 2-4 times more omega 3 fatty acid than grain fed. The Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio is 3:1 compared to 16:1 in grain fed. You’ll get 3-5 times more Conjugated Linoleic Acid, a powerful fatty acid that fights cancer and reduces the risk of Type II diabetes. Grass fed has 4 times more vitamin E than grain fed.
